Gregory Lenoir Allman, conosciuto come Gregg Allman (Nashville, 8.12.1947 – Savannah, 27.05.2017), è stato un cantante, tastierista e chitarrista statunitense di blues rock, famoso per aver fondato la Allman Brothers Band insieme al fratello Duane; ha inoltre collaborato al progetto "Derek and the Dominoes" di Eric Clapton.
